Trail Dogs, LLC, is a small, young startup—you will never feel like a small cog in a big wheel here. An ideal addition to our team is an individual who shares the qualities of our current pack members: passionate, motivated, meticulous, and proud of their work. Operations at Trail Dogs are very different than you might find at a large corporation. If hustling with a smaller firm and taking ownership of a product sounds like the perfect fit for you, we look forward to reviewing your application. Why become a pack member?
Underpinning everything we do is a philosophy that happy people do better work and are more efficient: a proper work-life balance is a critical component to a happy, healthy lifestyle. We do everything we can to make sure you are properly taken care of. All positions are fully remote, but we also have an office in Albuquerque, New Mexico, if you prefer a more social work environment.
Pack members do not play games with accruing categorized PTO. Instead, time off is taken as needed, for any reason, at any time. We require a minimum of two weeks per year to ensure you take time for yourself.
Healthcare premiums are 100% covered.
Bonuses are given based on merit and total company earnings at the end of each year.
We do not believe in the traditional 9–5 work week. Pack members have the freedom to work when, where, and how they choose. If you are happiest and do your best work at 2 AM at the local 24-hour coffee shop, we want you to do just that!
Pack members enjoy a measure of project flexibility and build a variety of skill sets. The member may be primary on a particular project, but it need not be the only project they work on. The inspiration and implementation of Sparky AI, for example, stems entirely from one of our pack members.
